At Mobyfy we aim for 48hr delivery. Any order received before 15:30 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays) should be delivered within 48hrs before 5.30 pm (assuming the ordered items are all in stock).
Orders taken after 15:30 pm will be processed and dispatched on the next day. Any order made on a Friday after 15:30 pm will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday. If Monday is a bank holiday, the order will be dispatched on Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery.
Though every effort is made by Mobyfy & the couriers to achieve 48hr delivery, the standard delivery charge does not guarantee this goal.
Mobyfy relies upon the services of a third party courier. There are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. Though this happens rarely, it does occur, and we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
It is not always possible to manage next day delivery to non-mainland UK addresses. This is dependent on the accessibility of your address.
Who is our courier?
For International deliveries, DHL will be used to ship the goods. You need to keep track of the parcel using the consignment number supplied by us and make sure that somebody is there to receive the delivery.
Tracking your parcel?
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirming your order is being delivered (AN EMAIL ADDRESS MUST BE SUPPLIED FOR THIS SERVICE). In most cases, the email will have a Tracking number. If you are worried about the whereabouts of your order, you will be able to view the status of your delivery by visiting the couriers website and entering your tracking number in the Tracking # box. Please follow the instructions on your email.
If you do not have a Tracking number on your email, please don't hesitate to give us a call on +358 (0)44 329 8669 the day after you expected to receive your parcel if you still have not received it. We will inquire as to the whereabouts of your parcel and advise you of our findings. Unfortunately, we may not be able to check on the status of these parcels on the day of expected delivery, but we will look into it and expect to get back to you on the following day.
Occasionally parcels are delayed due to poor addressing/sign posting. We may need to give DHL your telephone number in case they need to contact you regarding the delivery. This information will not be kept by or used by any other third party.
If your products have been damaged?
If the goods are damaged upon receipt please specify (any damage in the box of the parcel) that when you sign for the reception. Afterwards, please call us on Tel: +358 44 329 8669 or email: email@example.com within 5 days of delivery.
